Scheduling Information

While no speaker can be guaranteed to attend your event, successful bookings have been accomplished by providing ample time to coordinate with more than one potential speaker. To better secure a Rutgers–Camden speaker, we suggest that you:

• make speaker requests at least three weeks in advance
• identify at least three potential speakers
• be specific in the date and time of your event
• be patient with speakers’ response time to our requests
• be somewhat flexible in your desired topic, but if you can not find a topic you are looking for, please contact us
